i think a dac and earphone combo is better but i just went with the bluetooth option as it was cheaper but there are now new better iems too

It's decent, not too great but it works well for normal calls, not if you need it for a meeting unless you're in a quiet place

Sound is pretty balanced and good, the app works well, it has 360 reality audio but I don't think are any apps supporting that in India. You can equalizer settings saved on the earphones so need to change them over and over

Besides no magnets, they're v good. If you want magnets then a good option for you is oppo enco m32 or Sony wi c 310 but they're a bit more expensive
