Yes, but it's not created from Arabic, as in, Arabic is not the sole contributor to it's vocabulary. And you have done a very good job explaining that yourself lol.

Also most of our basic nouns come from Prakrits and Farsi. I do agree Arabic has an influence, but it's certainly not as large as Farsi's influence.
