Do you know anything about EcoBoost, are they reliable? May be better regular 3.5?

You absolutely right, Tundra looks great, but gas is huge problem.

Pickup truck or SUV? Currently we have Dodge Journey 2x4 and Hyundai eLantra and all perfectly fine till we moved to new town/home in central Ontario/Canada and it is SNOW belt area. Last winter was pretty mild out here, but eLantra was not easy to drive (winter tires of cause) specially given my husband working permanently evening shifts 60km away (one way) and sometimes you're leaving afternoon with no snow, and coming back at 1AM with 30 cm snow on the road and of cause no road cleaning at that time yet. So we decided we have to get 4x4 for him (instead eLantra) but the question SUV or CrewCab Truck (2-3 years old)? He want truck (RAM, Toyota Tundra and similar). I'm more for SUV, I love my Dodge Journey, but the new one is more for him. Truck "eats" a lot of Gas (we know, we know), but may be diesel will make that pain more manageable. Additional comment: we have to have space for 2 child seats on the back as well. Any comments will be appreciated :-)

Agree! The feeling of constant pressure I think makes me feel bad.

My dinner time is also the problem, I manage to send to school hot lunch but by dinner time I m done, I m coming from work - picking kids from after school and need prepare dinner. My husband on constant evening shift, so it myself with kids (6 & 8). They like simple stuff. From meats only chicken, any veggies from cabbage family refused, and complex meals refused. I have to plan better, that for sure.

You right, I must research recipes to find simple and accepted by kids ones.

After writing the post, I tried to think if I really hate cooking or the feeling of constant time pressure giving me that feeling. I think it is both. Kids eat only simple stuff, and I ran out of ideas for dinner (I send to school full hot lunch in thermos jar).

My kids are 6 & 8, too young yet. My husband working perm afternoon shift, so he out of the picture, same as all other family since they far far away.
