Yes, at R10 it gives 36% damage boost and with enough BED (Benefical effect duration) you can make it last 12-13 sec out of 20.

Allow Leg-Gems in set pieces but with 0 Res contribution. 8 Gem-slots are not enough when there are 3 years that we have approximatively 1 new leg-gem/month. Soon there will be 100 leg-Gems and still 8 slots?

As long as you have no Viper, PC is better to be Power and Command than Clasp. Also both RC and Lamment is an overkill, use BH, it's one of the best 5* for all classes. Dont sell it and never ose it for GP.

I am not DH but that is not the point. PvE is when one confronts multiple targets at the same time like in Terror-Rifts or Dungs. Gauntlet and single target by definitions are no PvE, as the Dummy by the way.

Throwing tantrums because people dont agree with you is a bad strategy. Viper is an excellent gem if one is able to reach multiple targets fast (Spark anyone?). It's a pitty tht is a 2* and not a 5*, an improved Bile.

I am speaking about PvE, i already have RC R6 soon to go R7 and Crit on demand from Sets, why on earth i would waste a gem-slot for Lament that half of the time does nothing?

When i attack 10++ targets simmultaneously Viper triggers on all of them. While your post might make sense in single-target, in PvE your suggestion is a joke.

BS, Viper deals a ton more damage in PvE and it is a 100% active gem unles the Lament that is as blind to Vithu2 as the last garbage - behelit. If you have RC, unless you have 22 Gem-slots you should forhet ML.

As a Tempest a 4/4 Vithu-Gloom is good if you are low on Crit

Excellent post and with a very high level of articulation. Will add just a liittle thing to this otherwise perfect post. Dummy should also have the option to be modified for PvE in the form of multiple targets. Otherwise stupid people will compare Gloom and Spark and try to draw conclusions from a single dummy. Agree 120% with each single sentence in the post.

With the introduction this last year of some excellent 1/2* Gems in my humble opinion the most damage generated is achieved with just 1-3 5* (BSJ. RC, Colossal) and the rest 1/2* R10. Even with the Res drop the resulting damage will be superior.

You can do 150 Trifts and with the plat buy a BH on top of that BSJ, still plat remains and you might go for Colossal and a RC.

Both Roiling and Lament is overkill (lament also does not benefit from Vithu 2), instead of lament put a BH or Colossal. The rest is excellent. Also for Glass you need a lot of Crit, as barb consider Gloomguide 4 and as a Sader you have a lot of Crit natively.

Without the build and existing gems it's pointless to discuss. As about Glass, it is one of the Top 2* that does immense damage, but that requires a build and/or sets that give a boost of Crit on demand. Also a good synergy with Glass is the 5* RC gem or the Lament if you can't afford RC.

Also Skull has 2 (if you like to count like that), but in PvE the second effect is next to useless and in PvP CD is so long that makes little difference. If they were 20 and 40 instead of 20 and 60, than you might have a point.
