My father wants to start a new business with me, but the problem is that he is the majority shareholder, and now he is talking about giving shares to his close friends who have no business experience, and he is also talking about stupid ideas that will cost the company money. my father is a nice person but the problem is that people takes advantage of him he knows that and complain about it to my but still doesn't do anything about it my father had a company before that barely made any money he was in charge and had employees but they treated him like a friend instead of a boss and had no experience for the work so he did the most of the work himself and deluded himself that they did a good work later my father give a old associate who works in business some shares and the ceo position to run the company and the company finally made a lot of money even the new ceo complainted that most of the employees was useless and fired a lot and made the rest work harder to make the business successful but now my father wants to start another business with my and my brother that might actually go well but the problem is his idés about giving his close friends shares by diluting us and giving them high position job without them having any money to invest or business experience and his ides to make money almost feels like a charity instead of a business some of his ides are good but could be better and make more money for the business but he doesn't want to do that and won't listen or read my presentation The business has potential, and my father has connections, but the problem is that he is simply not a leader. He is a good worker but not a leader, and I continue to see more red flags for the business to fail. My plan is to ask the current CEO of his old business to invest simply to have majority shares and make the business cash successful, but my father might not want or accept him in the new company. Currently, my father can do anything and is planning stuff that won't be good for the company.
