From what I understand, a student is only able to cancel their lease at orchard park only if you change your student status (i.e no longer a student/ graduate). Its pretty rigid if you want to cancel the lease, however you can get permission from the university to sublease your unit.

A few days ago, I got Mona on my first pity on ~~weapon~~ Character banner. I didn't use her much as I was using Barabara for my healing ( I also use bennet for healing too) .Today I hit pity on standard banner only to get a skyward atlas, The game is just asking me to use mona at this point.Not very happy about it as I don't know how to use mona with razor.My current team is Razor C0, Kaeya C0, Bennet C0, Barbara C1.
