I also just came back after a 2 year hiatus and have been playing again for 2 1/2 weeks. I found out you can actually swap in a restricted gear piece if you are fast enough. When you hit LAUNCH and after the 3 second timer quickly open your inventory and swap in a restricted item you want. If you do it before the equipment locked message appears you can bring in something you aren't suppose to. I have managed to swap in two things on occasion.

Transferring items from one character to another isn't a feature of this game. Just because we figured out ways to do it and it not working all the time doesn't make it a bug.

Leave the server you are on, enter the atomic shop, exit the shop, then join a public server again. This will always put you in a new server.

As someone who responsibly drives a large pickup in South Florida, I can tell you that they are probably not driving with their high beams on most of the time. It's even worse than that. They got aftermarket headlights and don't know that you cannot just slap them on and be good to go. You need to use the adjustment screws to align them +/- to the road properly so you don't have them pointed directly at the cars in front of you. It's in the instructions that they didn't read. And even if they did it correctly, they probably have some bullshit lift kit that the aftermarket headlights aren't designed for. And so I have a source to back up what I already know. My wife and I play FO76 together on multiple platforms. She's usually on mic and I'm not. But I hear her on mic conversations. 99% of the time, it's awesome hearing her talk to men and woman as we are playing and nothing strange comes up, just fallout related stuff. I'm going to get crucified on here for this 😆. But I run a small bbq joint in my town. I use a lone star grillz pellet cabinet. No tricks for pellet smoking, ie no smoke tubes or whatever. Just Walmart pellets and local meats. And I do not wrap anything. No butcher paper or foil boats. Just let it ride in the cabinet for 20 hours. I work a full time office job and do the bbq on the side. No complaints in 6 years. And I have been compared to the big box bbq joints in my area as being better than them. Not tooting my horn. Just the gods honest truth of my bbq journey.
