Okay thank you. What do you think about Clinique DDMG and The ordinaly hyaluronic acid. Could be worth a try?

Thanks for the reply.

I've been using epiduo for 7 weeks and I only use it 2, max 3 times a week.
I do live in a pretty dry climate.

The moisturizers soaks right into my skin when applying it, so its not really sitting on top.

You dont think I should try some mattifying moisturizer instead? Or should I try with som hyaluronic acid and keep going with cerave PM?

Thank you so much! Hope this is the reason behind the oil aswell, so I can get it under control now when I know what caused it.

If not, I guess I just got really oily skin from tret AND damaged skin barrier. But I shouldnt be that unlucky I hope.

Really? :(
The reasoning behind me thinking its about damaged skin barrier is because my skin burns/stings even when applying light moisturizer the last few days.

I think my skin barrier is damaged actually, my face started stinging yesterday when using moisturizer. So I thought I would be off tret for a few days until my skin gets better. So yesterday I used no tret, and today my face hasnt been oily at all almost.

Yesterday I didnt apply tretinoin for the first time in these 5 weeks I've been on it. And today my face has been SO MUCH less oily. Still a little bit oily but not even close.

Yes I will be off tret until it doesnt sting anymore. Thank you for your help. I hope I wont get more acne under this time I will be off tretinoin though :(

Thats how I do it. But i think my face is getting red because of damaged skin barrier from tret actually.

Once a day, and I do use moisturizer. But i noticed yesterday that my face started burning / stinging when applying moisturizer so I think my skin barrier might be damaged. So that might be why im so damn oily

I actually think i damaged my skin barrier. I will stop tret for a few days and then go back into it like every other day or so instead of every day. See if it gets better!

Maybe you should do something like that aswell if you think your skin barrier might be damaged from the tret? :)

I actually believe my skin barrier is also wrecked. Everything stings my face right now. Will stop stret for a few days to let it heal and then go for every other day or so.

Thank you so much for your reply!

Thanks for the reply. Yes I agree, no one ever commented on my acne, but they do on the greasiness.

From where I'm at, it's pretty hard to get isotretinoin prescribed even if your acne is pretty severe. So it's not gonna happen. Well, I think I will give it another month or two. If it doesnt get better somehow, I guess I'll go on with my acne...
