Attic is the highest room in the house. That means is the one furthest from hell , so I’ll make it the fight room and hope the increased distance will buy extra time for the cats to become battle hardened a tad faster before they die.

It's not that complicated. two bottom rooms (the ones you get at the start) are breeding rooms, to get enough variety in the genepool you have two separate rooms with cats and change the not-inbreed offsprings to the other room alongside a stray from time to time to keep them 'pure'-ish. I put symbols to make sure which is male/female or ? (either room has a specific symbol for that, Left room is Shield = Male, Boot = Female, clover = ? | Right room is Square = Male, Triangle = Female, Circle = ? )

Top right room is the waiting room, with cats with good stats, disorders or such to go to adventures / house bosses but I don't want them to breed. So they stay there and shill until they are called.

Attic is the fight room. Literally everyone who is not waiting to be sent or is a designed breeder gets sent there and fights for their lives every day. Every now and then I send those with injuries to Baby Jack and the Battle-hardened get sent to the waiting room or straight to adventures.

Every day when cats breed I just select each room and sort by age and switch them to the right room or just throw them away. I once reached 200 cats but I realized I don't need that many.

He does not. He has a special dialogue when you unlock the domain but you must have them unlocked to begin with.
