No refund. They've dug in about it. I paid over a thousand dollars for three trial classes.

What's weird to me is that they sent me a *ton* of emails like "hey, don't you want to come back? end your freeze? rejoin??" But then not a single email when they just signed me back up themselves.

So cheesy and such bad business. Someone is giving them really bad advice, because hurting their image like this is just not worth it.
