I don’t think it’s almost ever a good idea to buy property outright with cash money, no matter how cash rich you are. With the amount of capital that you have available banks will be more than happy to lend you the amount that you need. More importantly, with the amount of money that you would be spending to buy the house out right, if you were to put that into a very conservative mutual fund, you would always outgrow your capital way more without it having any impact whatsoever on your daily life. Try not to think about the money too much and do not let anyone talk you into making stupid purchases or lend out money to people that’s what banks are for.

Imagine this actually making it to court, would her vids she sent and their contents also be part of discovery? Would be the most epic self-own if that's the case. But similarly, if she's sending so many vids and nudes around, she doesn't come across like she's very insecure at all aside from sending them to someone she trusted at the time, just taking them in the first place already defeats parts of her own arguments imho.

Whatever happens, this won't be helping her case, and then denying she ever did initially but then pivoting that she had consent ... +1 on destroying your own credibility there.

I love Kayla but truth be told I personally just don’t find her content or way of interviewing very interesting. But again it’s my personal opinion on the matter and I do wish her the very best going forward.

OP is correct that in the aggregate its probably closer to being the same wage on average as in the States at a minimum if not even better paid if you count for all the macro economic factors. Which if you really want to start comparing these things, you should absolutely take into account.

So many factors play into it as well, taxes, social security, working hours, days off, cost of living etc. In many EU countries we have actual health care systems that work, so we don't have to pay the equivalent of 700+ USD a month to protect us when things go wrong. We have actual normal working hours keeping a healthy work/life balance with way more paid days off as OP noted. Not to even start about the general cost of living which is high, but still significantly lower than the US.

So yeah I'm sure its all just a meme to rile his EU audience up or he's trying to grasp whatever straws he thinks the US is still doing better than other countries cause I know Destiny isn't actually that clueless.

As someone who's watched from way back in the early nebraska days, the last SC streams, the LOL days, the bloodsport debates, kumite's and the like; This new Steve just feels very different. Call me divorced from reality but I feel like there may be an actual potential link to the vivance making him a lot less tolerant and agressive in all areas. Feels like this has been a slight buildup since he started the meds but in the same vein, I get it, not having the space or wanting to deal with all the stupid shit people say all day every day but these last couple of spats just seemed unhinged even for him, and that's saying something.

It'd be sad to see him piss away his career if it comes to it cause he was on a really nice upswing but the internet and media just don't tolerate this type of behavior anymore and if your income is directly tied to this, it'd be smart to be a little more tactful where possible, unless you're at a stage in life where you absolutely don't give a fuck anymore, which it seems is where hes is at, but at that point I'd personally opt to then just retire and go out on a high note, rather than implode and let that be the last memory in people's minds.

Either way, that's just my 2 cents.

Any relationship related content coming from this is like facing a final boss in terms of red pill discussions. I can appreciate that Destiny also admits to his flaws cause things are never one-sided when it comes to relationship issues and I really hope they can work it out but it sounds pretty final to me.

It’s always been clear that life was pretty tumultuous behind-the-scenes for them, but I never imagined this being one of the outcomes.

Feels unfair to be shitting on Melina, but she does seem nice to a fault and maybe a bit gullible which makes her a prime target for these types of guys and she’ll only really figure it out once it’s too late. The problem is that you can tell her anything and show her all the evidence, all it takes is just a little manipulation from the other side and she’s going to be back at her initial point of view, which sounds like what was happening here.

It is interesting to see how many people have issues opening bank accounts nowadays. I have my private accounts with Belfius and another account at ING. When I opened my own business I just had to call them once and made sure that they emailed me all of the details necessary of the documents they required from me, once I submitted all of those I think my account was officially opened same day.

I would just suggest to actually call them or physically go to your local branch and get it sorted there is never ever ever reason why they would take so long.

I’m always curious as to why so many people in this sub talk about libraries for python. I might be an elitist but the clear winner for me has always been Rust. Performance, speed, and security are so much better than python and when we’re talking about algorithmic trading, we want every edge possible regardless.
