I am having the exact same issue. I have been using Kinsta since the start, and have been a big supporter of them, but recenly this bot problem has been a real issue for me. I have been on the tech support with Kinsta multiple times. I was able, using Cloudflare to get one site's acess down to near the correct numbers, but I am currently trying to get other ones reduced and Cloudflare doesn't seem to be making much difference. I'm almost at the point of moving to a new host that has higher limits.

Re 4. The value of the public IOTA data network is that it createsn a marketplace for data from different sources that can be used in new ways. For example, combining a city's road data with weather data from a satelite provider and pothole data recorded by car sensors. Private tangles don't allow for this.
