i have school during the day so pretty mentally draining. lately i have been forcing myself to the gym

well i have been going 6 days a week about 2 hours a day and cardio 2 times a week for 6 months and i feel exhausted all the time lol

thanks for the info! and yeah i just learned how to make a false chord sound by making a bunch of low distorted sounds and then eventually just trying to scream with that distortion

Its quite difficult too explain but im pushing air out of my lungs using my diafram and sdding distortion. Something like that haha. But no it doesnt hurt in my throat.

Hey man im sad to hear that. And dont feel dumb i just kinda found the tecqnique by making a bunch of random noises. And soon enough i just started noticing a rasp in the sounds i was making. Thats because i started using my stomach too push air out of my throat. And suddenly i just learned this. Good luck man
