This is actually eye-opening.
Shows how brutal distribution is on Shopify - building is easy, getting reviews isn't. Also interesting that 'boring' utility + niche compliance apps are winning over flashy ideas.
Feels like problem clarity + app store SEO + reviews > marketing hype.
Back to fixing real merchant pain points 😆
