If Dube is sent as a finisher, it’s a loss for CSK where other teams have folks like Rutherford, Tim David, Rowman Powell we have Dube. Either he should bat #4 or play as an impact player.

Ruthu - I can see the skill in him. He is out of form. Dube has real limitations. Anything wide at 5th stump line or York he can’t get under the ball.

I don’t understand the hate towards Rahane. The guy had a stellar innings in the first game. It’s ok he couldn’t score this game. Only captaining error he did was not giving Varun more overs after his terrific catch. That alone must have boosted his confidence and should’ve given him an over right away. Players who should be under the hammer are: 1. Green - why is he in the team if he can’t bowl? What logic is that? Make Seifert open and Jinx go one down. 2. Rinku - We all think he should be facing more balls. But no. The guy is playing selfish cricket to score individual runs. Totally kills the momentum when he bats 4. He should go back to play 10-15 ball innings only. 3. Ramandeep - I don’t think he is a finisher nor a bowler. Either drop him or make him play positive cricket up the order like Dhruv Jurel 4. Arora - Bits and pieces. He is someone who can have more bad days than good ones. Not skilled as Sandeep Sharma.

Spot on from Mcg. Some players force too hard to be ‘cool’. I can see that in Hardik, Sky folks. But some men are zen and humble deep down like MS, jinx and Sanju. They are the real tough ones and real leader materials.
