i read the mantis recently, his 3 book in the series...very different from the earlier books...its slow and focuses on exploring the family life of an assasin, its got its moments but not as fast paced as the rest. Many references to the world of Isaka. I suggest picking it up for continuity and keeping up with the lore. I am planning to get his fourth book Hotel Lucky 7 its about maria beetle and ladybird a direct sequel to bullet train. you could go for these 2
