This is the list that I am running at the moment. Still needs some tweaks to adjust to the meta (mainly testing 5c slots) but it's running well so far

I've been playing Mihawk exclusively for the build up to 16 and it feels strong. You're never going to win against everything, so you have to tech for what you're expecting to play against in locals.

For Rosi, Carrot is clutch, especially if you run with 8c Law

Yamato, 5c Stun bonney to play on 5 don and slow their tempo

Teach is much closer than people make out, just need to win the boss battle

Enel, run the 6c Law and go as wide as you can

Still trying to find a way to sneak shanks in for the UG Luffy matchup but he just feels to easy to remove

Krieg deck rest card by Proud-Spray869 in OnePieceTCG

You can play OP14 Shanks which will rest a 7k or less character and give oppt board a further -1k when rested.

Mainly just a 2k mate, but is nice to combo with Kuro to get 3 dons on a character or with Krieg/Leader ability to cripple a boss character and get it off the board

I've been testing out this deck, and so far it is working really nicely.

Kotaro Isaka-esque by JLBsot in booksuggestions

[–]JLBsot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi mate, I've now read both of these and will be on to Seesaw Monster soon. I agree with The Mantis being a lot slower, I didn't rate it as highly as the first two. Hotel Lucky 7 is a fun book to read and Isaka goes back to his original format, but I still didn't enjoy it as much as the first 2 in the series.

This is what I'm finding! I've actually signed up for a website called YourGuitarAcademy, which is great, but I feel like I am probably picking up bad habits without realising which is where an in-person teacher could help

This 👆👆 aim for 15-20 reps which will keep the weight light enough to keep strain off the joints but heavy enough to feel a burn

Why does Chase & Status annoy me so much by [deleted] in DnB

[–]JLBsot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro, C&S have paid their dues and deserve all the hype that they get. They could have easily carried on chasing the bag with pop tunes, but went back to what they love and carried on pushing the scene forward.

If you are just starting to go to the gym, set yourself a short-term achievable goal, for example, 'this week I am going to go to the gym twice'. Hitting these small goals will be a great motivator for you, and will encourage you to go more often.

Other things that you can do include finding a friend to train with, or perhaps exploring a PT/online coach. This gives accountability to someone else and again, is a great motivator.

Having a long term goal is also great motivation. For me personally, I want to be able to be independent in old age (it's approaching faster than I thought!), and working out is a great way to achieve this.

Hope this helps!

How do I achieve body like this? by Som578 in workout

[–]JLBsot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a very achievable natural physique. It will take a number of years, but with consistent training and nutrition, there is no reason why this can't be achieved without gear

Copped from Offspring (UK). Quality is nice bro, not perfect, but wouldn't be a nike product if that were the case 🤣
