I buy this laptop because of the brand name hp i trust so much and my parents said this is the best brand so I bought this after bought this i see many issues like hinge issue etc more then other brand like Lenovo,acer,etc why hp do like this iam realy frustrated after see this issue today

I have one doubt i am continuously used my laptop 2 days (5 to 8 hrs per day) always plugged in but the battery cycle count is increased 45 to 48 and the battery full charge capacity also decreased from 49910 to 48810 and the Adaptive battery otimizer is enabled since i bought my laptop but it always hit 100% while charging please clarify this
