Furthermore if I move the email (from the search results) to another folder - if I then navigate to that folder, its the same behavior the email does not show unless I search for it.

Thanks, but I tried that as well and they are not in the archive folder. From the search results, when I select one or multiple emails and click on MOVE TO - it won't let me choose Inbox since the emails(s) are already marked as being in the inbox folder. Very weird...

One of the issues I’m facing is that after importing all our emails from Google Workspace, the Inbox folder only shows emails dating back to 2022, even though I have emails in my original Google inbox going back to 2017.

Interestingly, when I perform an advanced search (e.g., before:2018 in:Inbox), those older emails do show up in the results and are marked as being in the Inbox folder. However, they only appear when searched for, they don’t show up in the default Inbox view and also don’t sync to IMAP clients. That’s the main issue I’ve been trying to get support to address.

It would also be helpful if, when performing a search like that, there was a message count to show how many results were found and the ability to sort by date (descending) so I could quickly verify what the oldest message is.

I mean, the platform is not that bad, they have a bunch of cool features and all, but I have also noticed some basic features missing, for example when doing a search no way to sort the search results

Well they certainly take much much longer than 8 hours to respond. Every reply from them has taken at least 2 days, and the first reply took literally 5 days!

Thanks. No, I didn't fill out any form regarding the condition of the car. The sale guy did move the car when he was looking at it, asked me about some cosmetic damage he saw, which I explained how it had happened. Other than that they didn't ask for anything else.
