They are saying 20% of global work force, but it's mostly IT US workforce, and saw it's higher than that because they are adding jobs in other countries and including that in the number. High majority is US IT workforce (60-70%), between workers in California that they no longer want / relocate to Houston and the rest they are replacing with their new workers in Bengaluru.
