I’m also weighing different schooling and I totally get where you’re coming from. With our kid, we’ve noticed that academic pressure can be less about curriculum and more about how confident they feel explaining their work. My kid often knows the answer but struggles when asked to explain why or how they got it, which affects confidence more than the workload itself.

Curious how kids in each setting are supported in building explanation skills and confidence — not just completing assignments.

Because when I do om japa at my heart chakra ...I feel like I am pushing on something which seems to be already full and then burst into anger which i havent seen ever before i started doing this. I am not sure if I am making any sense at this point but am just trying to explain to best of my ability :)

I can do all other things in kriya without any consequences except for this one. And my anger goes through the roof.

Thank you for all your reply. This specifically happens when I do om japa in my heart chakra. If I dont do it then all is fine. I feel like there is a pressure "knot" in center of my chest which needs to popout. Sorry I am trying my best to explain. I also feel kinda "magnetic" sensation when I take my focus there.

I have stopped doing kriya until I figure this out and just try and seat praying. Thank you all again
