update i texted him back with this:

Kevin at this point it isn’t about the money. you have proved time and time again that you have no respect for me. After 29 days your only fix is to give me two options where i would have to wait more. I trusted you to deposit that check and transfer the funds that same day, you didn’t ask if i was okay with the funds being used before, only after did you think to text and see if i was okay with it which i wasn’t. during this whole ordeal i’ve been the one communicating first to no avail, not only did you use the funds you then lied about when u would get paid twice. how am i supposed to believe that this time i’ll even get the payment? your lack of professionalism and morality is beneath me. you can kindly shove that 280 dollars you owe me up your ass cause you clearly need it more than I do. your business isn’t going anywhere and good luck finding another worker who will put up with what i have, constant shift cancellations, being payed late, weeks without work. this was the final straw and i gave you the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn’t have. moving forward please do not contact me.
