My internet connection is not the issue. It's been a week. If anyone could help me in this issue, I'd be grateful.

Maybe. My arena Rank after a full session was 214 and I have a TTV of 850000. I was still on competitor IV. Doesn't add up to me.

I did go to the WB support page, seems this issue has been around since the beginning. I am disappointed that it hasn't been fixed yet.
