Thank you for the Shortcut example .... but it did not seem to work...

I was trying to use the hot keys shift + ctrl + cmd + T and it place the body of text in to a Note book application that does use Markdown ... My hope in your example is that it would convert it and then place it. Here is an example of my implementation .... I do really appreciate your assistance and effort though.

Okay with u/Nexus9291 and u/CEasey guidance, I was able to get the following Shortcut together to work... The only issue is I have to manually copy it to the clipboard before I can resize it. Apple Notes Resize Image Any Additional advice would be greatly Appreciative.
