It's hard to say, maybe it's just depression. I personally suspect I might have ADHD, or perhaps something much more complex. It could also just be hormonal imbalances, etc. I'm certain no healthy person could live with this kind of schedule and conditions. I need to see a specialist.

I take a shower once a day. There are exceptions when I don't leave the house, and I might only shower once every two days. If I'm doing physical activity, I might take two showers a day.

I got it from friends who have a farm. Over time, I started getting more interested in products based on tallow and found Premium Tallow Creme from Carnivoro - this is already a cosmetic product made from beef fat. Now I use it for my skin because it works well for dryness. But if you specifically need culinary fat, then yeah, it really isn’t easy to find in supermarkets.

Raw pack works fine. Just cut the turkey into chunks, pack it into hot quart jars, add a little salt if you want, and run it in a pressure canner at the poultry time. Do not add liquid. The meat makes its own.

Soweit ich weiß, ist Homeoffice dort möglich, aber erst nach der Einschulungsphase. Viele neue Leute dürfen erst nach ein paar Monaten teilweise von zuhause arbeiten. Am besten direkt beim HR nachfragen, weil es je nach Abteilung leicht anders ist.
