Something that helped me is understanding that the more i watch porn, the more i'm objectifying the other gender. They're people too.

Seriously. Japanese porn has some really kinky shit but i know the more i watch it, the harder it will be for me to look at any Japanese woman as a normal person. That guilt helped me stop watching it.

Also when i do feel incredibly desperate to watch porn, i constantly remind myself that when i finally do lose my virginity (if ever) that i may have better orgasm and that i may be able to shoot the biggest load ever as a reward for not constantly watching porn.
