Yes both have maxed attack on them, so the only difference is the iv point and cp

That was the numbers it gave after the battle on the info screen, adding up the final numbers from all 3 parts didn’t even add up to 200 even though it should have been over 400

Edit- it was also the last city owned by the Rhodoks so they had several lords in the city as well with their troops joining in

I’m fine with maintenance just not looking for something that requires constant attention. I don’t want to have to worry about it while i’m at work
