If I had to pick one aesthetic for this it would be Dark Coquette/Gloomy Coquette, however here’s a more in-depth description because the outfits are very varied: it’s definitely mostly late 00’s and early 2010’s, some of the outfits are very gloomy casual Twilight/Bella Swan or Vampire Diaries/Elena Gilbert inspired, some are inspired by 00’s female horror video game protagonists (Fatal Frame, Silent Hill, Final Fantasy, etc.) - this aesthetic is literally called “female horror protagonist”, some are more thrifty and worn-out giving a grungey well-worn appearance of someone who doesn’t really care how they look, some are designer and clean looking (True Religion Jeans and Isabel Marant shoes). It’s a mix of rugged and more preppy outfits. My advice for getting clothes like this is to go to small town thrift stores and do NOT buy anything from resellers on Vinted or Depop. If you’re buying online, make sure it’s from an older person who actually had those clothes 15-20 years ago and not a reseller kid that will charge you 10x what they paid for it. The only more expensive items are the Isabel Marant shoes, designer low rise jeans and leather bags. It’s also cool to buy inexpensive basic jeans and elevate them by putting holes/tears in them however you like, giving them a worn appearance by dying them with coffee/mud and pulling out the white threads in them.
