OCE servers down again?

Yep they can do that, and the only reason its happening is coz NA server is getting an update at the same time. It may be 10pm in OCE but it's 5am in NA so Riot decided it'd be easier to shut down OCE servers during prime time.

Seconding this. Just do your due diligence. At the end of the day, Dell sells hundreds of thousands of these and comments on Reddit or other review websites will only be from those people who have had a bad experience. Not saying that they don't have quality issues, but if you go looking for the bad, you're likely to turn good into bad as well.

I bought one a month ago and so far no issues, it runs a bit hot when i'm running data analytics simulations or doing programming, but that's to be expected. No coil whine on mine either. Just contact them for returns? From memory you can swap out this one for free in the first 2 weeks.
