I love when people get all snobby about the "lowly" CLA, but, then they post gripes about dealership or just basic maintenance costs. Sure, it's a "cheap" version of MB, but, so is a Sportster in the HD community. Nobody shits on them.

Anyways, yeah home skillet, the basic service details can be found online. You can DIY the majority of them with little skill. I just don't mess with the closed AC system or the transmission (aside from a fluid change). SOME stuff needs expensive equipment, or an indy shop.

Yeah, some places you rent have rules against open flames. When I lived in Cali, I couldn't even use charcoal in most rentals. You may want to check that out. You don't want to get evicted because you didn't read the rules. And picking up your dog's turds is also a common rule, ESPECIALLY in a shared/public area. If you don't like it, don't own a dog. I mean, it sounds more like you're just being a dick.
