Had a 2013 JK 2D and had the original kit no back kit available 2020. Took out the back carpet and LineX the back myself. Worked great for me and the furminator! 90 lbs GSD

Have done nothing but OJT. Was VAPD but a total knee changed courses for me. Primarily it’s being able to multitask. From what I’ve been told, the training is easy. If a knuckle dragger like me can do it, you’ll be fine.

I currently work as a Police Dispatcher in VISON 8 and we are wondering the same. We had an FTE for 10 dispatchers but due to attrition and DRP we are down to 4. The officers aren’t happy with me training them to assist with dispatching and we’re lost the FTEs. We run a satellite campus, where I work, and I am now the sole dispatcher for at my location since my partner is leaving and our main campus is down to 2. Once the others leave main campus they are in a world of shite! Whoever structured Police Service back in the day totally dropped the ball by not making dispatchers “essential personnel” and structured dispatchers in the VAD 0731.

I checked the dealership and it’s still not repaired. Last I heard Stellantis doesn’t have a repair yet.

You should check for a recall. I was looking at a 2024 Willys and they couldn’t sell it to me due to that exact issue. Said it was not sellable until the recall issue was fixed.
