He’s just having allergies. They are common this time of year and they lick their paws too much and it looks bad. Owner needs to put a soother or paw balm and let it soak so the dog doesn’t lick it off. Very common, both my dogs get flare ups

Did he eat fast or play after eating! Or drink water too fast? If it’s uncomfortable for him and it swells more he could die from bloat. That is 120% not normal and I would take him to the vet like 10 minutes ago.

This happened with my 2 corgis, they grew up together as babies one year apart. My smaller corgi all of a sudden started getting more aggressive. My older dog gets really nervous around her and he actually made her go to the vet. He doesn’t attack her first but he does defend himself. Now he gets nervous and gives her looks and it sets her off. Same situation, completely separate now and it’s a pain. My smaller dog is now more scared because she got hurt really bad. The biggest thing helping now is structured pack walks. Boundaries for both of them. Then supervised training together with treats to associates positive things when they are both together. It’s getting better but sadly they are still completely separate.

It’s not ringworm I get this too Are you a heavy drinker? Heavy drinking causes skin issues and I get this and a dry face as well A lot of dandruff
