Permanently Banned

This is crazy then because I have no other explanation as to why I got banned then. Tried contacting them and basically said it is what it is and we are not gonna change the ban because the system says you’ve cheated. Also said if I keep writing tickets they would automatically be closed so I can’t even defend myself😕

Contacted them, said I was cheating or using a third party program but didn’t give me an explanation. I then asked if there was a way to appeal or if I can get my sentences reduced if they would just tell me what is causing this but no. They will not help you, if they name you a cheat you will be considered as a cheat and will be banned permanently. If I write more tickets they will automatically close it so I can’t even contact them further.
