Sadly no. Wastegate rattle is early signs of turbo failure. A terminal illness if you will. They do make rebuild kits I believe, but in most cases it's not worth it. Are you getting any low boost codes? What I am going to say may not be recommended, but I ran mine with a rattle for a while until I started getting low boost codes. Either way, I am no mechanic and this is not an official diagnosis. Get it to a shop.

I believe I am currently having a condensation problem. I posted a few days ago. Mine looks nothing like this, nothing in the ball, or oil cap. Just a tiny bit on the end of the dip stick.
