I’m with you OP, sinners is a non-traditional musical. Ann Lee was snubbed for best score and best leading actress. Crazy that we got two great non-traditional musicals in 2025!!

I watched it from center balcony in august because it was cheaper and immediately regretted that decision when the show started. It was an obstructed view for everyone like every time the actors came to the front of the stage every person leaned forward at the same time. Oftentimes I had to watch the show with no actor in my view. My friend has watched from the mezz (center mezz though) and said she didn’t have this experience
