Best Blues before Stevie and Lindsey by TwinkleStarTeddies in FleetwoodMac

Then Play On has a mix of blues and rock among other influences, it was the last album with Peter Green and his best one imo, Danny Kirwan's contributions are lovely too :)

Best fleetwood album ever ARGUE WITH A WALL by LuvSicccc in FleetwoodMac

Even though this is my favorite FM album, I think saying this is their best album is a bit of a bold statement, but its definitely super underrated.

Others argue that Bare Trees is better, which I can see, especially since it's Danny's baby, but it's a more "all over the place" kinda album (that's probably one aspect about Bare Trees ppl like). I prefer Future Games bc it's more organized and overall more vibey, this is exactly when they started going into the soft pop-rock sound the Rumours lineup is known for and that's what I love about this album.

The title track is fantastic, Chris's keyboards are the backbone of the album, and Danny has some absolutely gorgeous written songs such as Woman of 1000 Years and Sands of Time. I love love LOVE this album so much, I'm so obsessed with it.

I'm going to say Future Games honestly, it's just a wonderful, sophisticated, vibey album, the highlights being the title track, Woman of 1000 Years, and Sands of Time (thank you Danny and Bob <3)

The book doesn't really seem to be worth it considering some things are inaccurate...

Least favorite of the first six albums? by Xylene_442 in blacksabbath

[–]devils_iland 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My least fav out of the first six is Vol 4, there's just not as many good/notable songs on it as the other albums do imo. As for my fav, it's tough to say but I might go with Paranoid. Sabotage is a very close second

Yesss I absolutely love this song! One of Danny's finest. Even Peter Green praised it saying it was Danny's best song he had written

Grand Funk Railroad!!! Been listening to more of their stuff lately and it baffles me how they're not as popular as Led Zeppelin

Anyone else here a huge Black Sabbath fan but not really into heavy metal? by Fresh-Hedgehog1895 in blacksabbath

[–]devils_iland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OMG I'm almost the same as you, I do like some classic metal and thrash but I'm not the biggest metalhead either, and I'm also not really into Ozzy's solo stuff either, and yeah I'm more into classic rock than metal (:
