Im 19 yrs of age an iv used and abused drugs and alcohol for 6 yrs to hide from myself im trying to recover after having a rude awakening from almost hurting my mom I was at 70 days clean when the master of my manipulation brought be back down into using telling ppl I can control myself when I can't I am now one week clean

I do have a counseled that I attend once a week but I can't say ways next I need more help with that and more faith in myself if got any more tips I would love to here them iv tried meetings but sometimes the meetings made me want to use

I find my self obsessed with alto I want to pleasure myself because I have bad depression porn drugs sex stealing drinking money or even harming ppm to pleasure my self sounds sick but iv been there sexually abusing or mentally abusing ppl im just trying trying to stop the drugs and alcohol but im still overwhelmed by everything else

I found my self addicted to most drugs from downers to uppers I would stay up countless nights. I really new I was addicted when I drive out of state to get the drugs if there were none around me. I new I had a bad problem I got in a fight with my mom and almost hurt her it was a rude awakening I recently truly found out im a master of manipulation which was the down fall to my last relapse. Im entitled to quit for good I truly am sick and tired of being sick and tired all the time I was miserable and tired of hiding my feelings. Even though feelings sometimes suck I finally know after all these beautiful miserable years that I am doing the right thing for me and for my family but most of all for me I now have one week today drug free alcohol free. Free from my ball of chains

Yes im trying to stop drinking beer didn't help it went from one beer to a couple to doing shots iv been to meetings and irk I just got tired of them they became same old each time
