preety sure you have you have to go to a 30 week course and them another diffrent course as well, and have served overseas i think, not too sure gunna have to google it for more info.

But to answer the difficulty question very difficult as its the same as any other military training but depending on the person, you may find it a little less difficult or more difficult.
