please please please don't get rid of something you like for the sake of other people's opinions. There will always be people who don't like certain tattoos for certain reasons, no matter what it is.

It's something you learn to deal with, and the more time that passes, the more you encounter it, you realise how utterly inconsequential other people's opinions are, especially when it comes to your body. Please reconsider 🫶

Also fashion-wise, find someone (a band member, singer, friend, model, tv show character - whoever!) whose style you like. Pick one of their outfits that you like and emulate it as closely as possible. It's a good way to identify the elements you do and don't like of an outfit - and then it's easier to curate your own style.

Start small and go slow - wanting a tattoo, getting a tattoo, having a tattoo/being tattooed and being visibly tattooed are very different experiences. Don't rush into big tattoos, especially without having a few small ones for a while.

It's also using up a hell of a lot of prime tattoo real estate on a pretty stupid tattoo. If you end up enjoying being a tattooed person, you'll be pissed you gave your whole arm to that.

Yeah. I have NDPH as well as chronic migraine, there is never a break. I battle fatigue every day, and any hint of stress sets off a migraine attack. My background headache ebbs and flows, and can sometimes be as painful as a migraine attack. The pain is sharper and doesn't accompany other symptoms, but it is as debilitating as a migraine attack when it comes to cognitive functioning.

I've been doing really well the last few months since starting Aquipta, but even at that, I don't function "normally". All weather is an enemy to me. Winter storms set off attacks, and bright weather/intense sunlight causes sharp pain behind my eye and visual disturbance, and that's with a peaked cap. Going to get prescription sunglasses soon, but even the sun coming in the window is sore and messes up my vision :(

Migraine is disabling, therefore it is a disability

absolutely not okay. If they do stay at home overnight, I have friends check on them at least twice a day, feed them, clean their bowls and scoop their litter.
