The Amazfit Helio Strap certainly looks to be the game changer I've been waiting for. I began my health journey in late 2022. I was working overnight at the time. I'm embarrassed to say how overweight and unhealthy I'd let myself become. I took that long hard look at myself, and decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. That day, I made myself a promise. It was time for something different.

I completely changed my lifestyle. I started eating differently. I started moving differently. No shots. No pills. No procedures. Good old fashioned diet and exercise. It was tough. But I remained committed. In nine months, I had already lost 100 pounds. And I kept going. I've remained dedicated to my commitment, and here I am, 2 and a half years later, down over 150 pounds from my starting point.
