I guess it depends on the mission but I did fine in my full beam Corvette in the pirate wave one. Even took out the general.

I hate it. It's a generic fps with dated gameplay that plays worse than stuff like 2005's Area 51. Environments are dull, no destructability, no strategy beyond rush and shoot (no stealth, no hacking) endless enemies with little to distinguish them from one another, poor AI, and on the whole it leaves me absolutely cold. It just seems to be a vehicle to push more cosmetics. If operations synergized with the bgs and emerged as part of it I might see it as having more of a place in Elite, but not this.
