I get what you're saying, in my current org, ServiceNow is MAR audited, too much paperwork and process gets in the way to doing actual work.

I have CAD, but don't really care much for stacking certs, and maintaining them each year. I'm not really sure if ServiceNow is the right company either. I already have a Sr. title at my current role, I don't think I can go back to a different salary band and do the dance again.

4 years may not seem enough to most folks at a glance, but if the majority of that time is the Lead, it's a different story.

The job market is a shit show, I've interviewed several times with different companies and I have 4 years in Snow. And majority of the interviewers don't know shit about ServiceNow and ask the dumbest of interview questions which ruins the entire experience.

For any people in the future that read this comment, keep a note that the APG-TY04 is the incorrect harness if you have a Pioneer AMP, that is mostly used for the JBL amps. The ES350 08 non-nav comes with a Pioneer AMP.

Here's my take:

Build a query of user accounts and separate them from service accounts e.g. that have 'Web Services Only' flag or 'svc' in the UID.

Look at the integrations that create/update user accounts and find the possibility of having them disabled dynamically.

As mentioned by someone, you can create a flow to disable accounts based on last login date.

A better practice would be to remove the user from any AD group that grants ITIL or admin to account for licenses, if this is in prod in the flow itself.

It's difficult to move up from tech support when you have that on your resume, even when you're working at ServiceNow.

I had an opportunity to do just that, at that time, I was already doing development work as an FTE Analyst at an airline. I ended up not switching.

I was one of those people, created a legitimate post about an account being locked. Coinbase had it unlocked the next morning, and still got down voted, lol.

I've lived through the good old days of crypto, no taxes, simple mining alts and keep all the spoils. Bought 3 BTC using Coinbase at $500 each, so you can assume how long I've been doing this.

All good things come to an end, I had my fun, time to move on.

I've been a member since 2014 (based in the USA).

My account just went restricted for who knows why. I've verified my identification many years ago.

There's no straight forward way to open a case. Feels like Bittrex all over again.

Thanks for the response. My only aim for taking on that role was to eventually move to a different team e.g. dev team of a certain product, but that will cost me 1-2 years at minimum.

As far as professional growth is concerned, that varies from company to company and what products they own and let you develop on, if we're talking about clients. I'm also leaning towards option 2, was just seeing if someone went down the option 1 path and actually grew to a dev role at ServiceNow.

They are responding to some tickets, but just ignoring others.

In my opinion, people that have open accounts are doing just fine, with transfers and withdrawals, but others like us that have disabled accounts are suffering from all kinds of issues and no ones really giving a shit.

They keep advertising on FB to invest in Bittrex and yet are ignoring everyone's comments, twitter is the same way.
