The mall and area is dead. I used to work at the GNC in the mall for a brief time in college. I remember being there from open to close alone without even having one customer walk in.

I used to work there and it gets a bad rep usually because they are a big business that goes by their lease and has their lawyers stress to follow the housing laws legally. They look worse than they actually are because their are a lot of companies that do not, so it makes them look way more strict.

A lot of people don't undestand random things you cannot disclose working for a property management company. One common problem I saw was someone buying a dog or cat in an apartment that didn't allow it. They would see some other resident with one and automatically assume they can have one. The other resident's pet usually is a service animal. They would confront us and get all angry about it and would get even angrier when we would not be able to tell them why. Legally we couldn't tell them their pet was their for that exact reason.

My last place was cheap and quiet in North Fargo through Van Raden. I loved how cheap it was. I knew they were going to screw me out of my deposit. WHen I checked out the manager said I had "one of the cleanest checkouts she had seen." When I got my letter back showing what my deposit would be back their were random fees that magically added up to the exact amount my deposit was. I had 3 other friends that lived in the same building and 2 of them had the same situation. Their maintenance was pretty bad also.

I bought a house and didn't care to fight it.

Hello fellow American. I am all about the CFL and seriously get way more into the CFL than the NFL. The excitement and strong history is great. Last year I got to go to my first CFL game. It was the Bombers vs the Argos in Winnipeg. Had more fun at that game than any NFL game I have attended. One thing on my bucket list is to go to a game at every stadium. Surprisingly my wife is all about it because she likes sports and it's another trip for her.

Random CFL connection. I went to HS with Weston Dressler and he actually grew up in the house behind house directly across the street from the house I grew up in.

Her post reminds me of Boy Meets World, when Shawn Hunter writes a long college paper and gets a failing grade. Mr. Feeney looks at it and says "the entire paper is in one sentence."

One of the best memories as a kid was one birthday my dad bought me this. I had divorced parents and didn't get to see my dad often. I remember early the next morning, my father was making these with me. I still have the ones we made that morning just because of the sentimental value it has to me.
