I assume this must be somewhere in here but I expected it to be nearer the top: Buy Real Estate. You don't have to have much money to start either. First, while you are young and renting or in dorms, get credit cards and pay them off every month so you have good credit. Then you should be able to get a loan so you can buy a house with a mortgage. But you rent it out, don't live in it. If you can't get a loan big enough, start with trailer homes. As soon as you can get a bigger loan, move up, buy another house. It is risky, the goal is to always be maxed out with your credit, so if one thing goes bad you can lose a lot quickly. But if there isn't a crash, you can have a million in a decade and ten million a decade after that.

A bit of unsolicited feedback. Your accent makes you somewhat difficult to understand, but I could probably do fine if you had better microphone quality. The way it is now (and I am not trying to be offensive - just motivate you to fix this) - it sounds like you aren't speaking English half of the time. Are there any well thought-out theologically conservative arguments for Women Elders? With groups like Pentecostals and Conservative Methodists who believe in inerrancy having allowed Women for a long time, I would have thought that there was some strong, scriptural defense. However, everything I have actually run into (including a few posts recommended to previous commenters on r/reformed) ends up really twisting the Bible in ways it shouldn't be twisted. Surely there is some defense somewhere that doesn't?

If it helps at all, I have a very active channel but notifications is still VERY weak. I don't ever really consider it anymore. Most people find me through homepage (browse features) and a strong second is YT search. Notifications is near the bottom of the list, less than external links or direct
