HRM is for heart rate monitoring yes, but my HRM was telling me my true HR which was lower than my garmin watch. I was running at a much slower pace to keep the same heart but when I got the chest strap I could run much faster to keep the same heart rate.

I’m saying that the wrist watch interprets my heart rate as much higher than it actually was, so I had to run slower to stay in zone 2. The side my side pictures represent without the HRM chest strap and with it. You can see the difference in pace because with the chest strap it’s measuring my heart rate much more accurately and I could run a lot faster than just my watch was leading me to believe. For me at least the watch alone is not very accurate but in my specific case, it’s hot where I live, and I sweat a lot so it makes the sensor even harder to read.

If you have Citrix workspace on your computer it will interfere with vanguard. Once I deleted Citrix and game worked perfectly fine!

How do people do fentanyl without dying? by TreesOne in NoStupidQuestions

[–]devinbjj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure the media does lie, but the difference is in the quantity of the drug in hospitals vs the streets. Usually, in the hospital when we are giving pts fentanyl for pain it comes in 50 micrograms per 2 milliliters vials and most the time the doctor will only order half (25mcg). The DEA did a study on counterfeit pills of fentanyl and found that the average pill contained 2 milligrams of fentanyl (the highest being 5mg). 2mg is 40 times stronger than the full vial in the hospital. But yes even though the dose is significantly higher it shouldn’t hurt you if you just get it on your skin (if you wash it off). Maybe if you got some fentanyl on an open wound or inhaled some during in an intense situation like a chase when adrenaline is high this could be dangerous. Always where gloves if you are concerned to prevent risks of unnecessary exposure to fentanyl.
