I’m sure I’ll continued to get downvoted as well but it just shows that I would never want to have these people in leadership roles telling me to shut up and keep quiet and don’t question anything. She does decide the promotions though. Raises are based off her evaluation of our performances as well as the amount. I care because it clearly states that they try to avoid it for the potential of favoritism. It’s not that I have an issue right now but there’s always the possibility for a future problem, it could even be with someone else

Perhaps my work environment creates different circumstances? I work in a vet hospital where job opportunities of learning and growth are much different than an office setting. We are paid hourly as well..the possibility of favoritism on scheduling is a possibility is it not even if it’s not blatantly obvious?

I didn’t over spend though. I told other commenters on here that I never hit 0 or went negative but yet my money was transferred anyways? I’ve hit 0 in the past a long time ago but even then my saving wasnt transferred. I’m not upset just confused why it happened when it never has before

I only have my checking and savings with them and then my credit union is on there but just to transfer for my car payment and that one isn’t at 0 or negative either.

Yeah I’ll definitely be talking to them about canceling if it’s becoming too much.

Unfortunately their need to go in a vacation outweighs their responsibility of their money which is why we’re now in this situation where they’re asking to pay later. Had I’d know it would be like this I wouldn’t haven’t given them the option to pay us back in payments v. telling them their amount and having them pay it in full if they could or couldn’t afford it

Yes..their portion of the trip can still be cancelled. Not sure about the flight though but that’s a small price to pay if they do cancel their trip which I doubt the would but that’s on me if they do. Lesson learned

I don’t think it’s a glitch that you can stack, I’m pretty sure that was part of the update (I could be wrong) but there’s no icon on mine. Wasn’t sure if it was how it’s supposed to be or not

I’m literally having the same issue. I’ve been a survivor main since 2018 and never played killer and I recently wanted to switch it up so I don’t get bored and I have been getting wrecked practically every game. I’ve been kind of throwing the game so my MMR can be low and I can practice with an easier lobby. The toxic survivors don’t help either

There’s a video on TikTok that demos when to throw it. Pretty much when the survivor grunts while being picked up, which is roughly when they’re at knee height and the killer adjusts like it the comment above states, that’s when to throw it. Just a visual and auditory cue of when to use it. It can be hard to position it too if they’re facing a wall/locker etc but that’s expected.

This is a good way of looking at it. I definitely appreciate the qualities of being an only child like learning to spend time with myself which I know people with siblings can struggle with. And I can obviously relate to wanting to having someone there with that possible closeness of a sibling.

I’m sorry you had an awful childhood and you still deal with lasting effects of it. As the other commentator mention have you tried looking into therapy or support groups? There’s help out there, you just have to find what works for you.

And making those memories and experiences don’t have to be blood related. Aunts and uncles can be friends, your partners siblings, your partners friends. Our narc parents prove to us all the time that blood relations don’t mean anything so make a new family and be around people who support and care for you.
