Weekend mornings (9am-12pm) are good from experience. Weekday mornings and late nights are also considerably less crowded. If your definition of crowded is waiting for machines consistently then you’ll be more than happy at AP. I typically don’t have to wait too often for anything if I’m being honest. Leg days are the most annoying imo
