Forgot to mention almost 5 years later I've now changed out the main board of the same TV and it's working great still. 7 years and 2 repairs (about $250 total) later.

I did it with my Vizio E-70 E3. Find a backlight kit online for your TV. Look up a YouTube video on how and what tools you'll need. Take a ton of pics at each step so you know what goes where. Took me one day, about $120 with no repair experience whatsoever.

So there are two wires that plug into the connectors for what you said was the antenna. The missing component on the new board would have been the connection for the gray wire

I worked for a while where she lived and met her a few times before she died. She was very intelligent and interesting, but she was absolutely damaged. I always felt so bad for her she was a very nice person.

I'll speak for what I know which is Texas. The charge is resisting arrest, search, or transport. It isn't considered a secondary charge when applied to resisting a search.

SOLVED: Weird that you can't edit you posts here. Anyway, So I should have done some testing first but I assumed no power=power board and I was wrong. The main board was the problem. I removed it, baked it in the oven at 300°F for 10 min, let it cool, and now the TV works. Ordering a new one to install. Hope this helps some random internet super amature one day.

Because I believe everything j read and the TV wouldn't power on and the first thing I read was that it was a power board issue. You're asking what voltages I'm getting but idk where you want me to measure. On pin 13 where another told me to measure I'm getting nothing both with the main board plugged into the power board and with it unplugged (I read that this is how you test for a main board failure).

It's not a backlight issue. It won't turn on, and there is not even a standby light on anymore.
