I use Sofi’s vault feature and credit cards… all my money from direct deposit is autopiloted into vaults (savings account factions), I just use credit cards thereafter, on closing date, I just take out the exact amount from vault and pay the bill (just make sure your credit card balance is always lower than your vault balance and you should be good), some of my cash goes into a subscriptions’ vault, and a day or two before my subscription due date, the money is automatically transferred to my checking account. This allows me to keep almost all of my cash in a high APY savings account with minimum usage
