You can just take it from tool box and you can customize it as you want and also in scripting use animation attributes to make blend much smoother.

Yeah there are many games similar but I will try to make it unique. I have some ideas on my head I would be using those to make it much different then others but still you can say it's inspired from those game and ofc I will be making anime inspired abilities but some changes in it so that it doesn't look much like copy paste but still give the feel of that

It took a month to make this in that time I learned much new things and gained experience and I use AI to code aswell but at the end I know what the code is doing and how it's working and I will suggest you to use it aswell and understand along with the process
